Responsibilities:
- Engagement Strategy & Email Marketing: Develop and review strategies to enhance engagement. Support email marketing, including coordination, creation, dissemination, and analysis of the monthly newsletter.
- Media Relations & Promotion: Identify and manage media and engagement opportunities. Develop press releases, pitch stories, manage media at events, and paid advertorials.
- Youth Engagement Roadshows: Plan and execute youth engagement roadshows across Singapore, including venue selection, logistics, content creation, and on-site management.
- Data-Driven Marketing Insights: Conduct performance analysis using digital marketing analytics to inform strategic recommendations.
- Campaign Analysis & Social Listening: Utilize analytics and social listening tools to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights on youth trends.
- General Support: Provide additional support for various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Communications/ a related field.
- Familiar with social media and/or email marketing; knowledge of digital marketing practices like SEO, SEM, and web analytics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
