About the Role
ClearSK seeks an energetic and experienced Corporate Services Manager to spearhead corporate operations and strategic initiatives. This pivotal role involves streamlining operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business process optimizations across all locations.

Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, corporate secretaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to fortify professional relationships and ensure compliance.
- Liaison with directors and assist to initiate, monitor and implement new corporate initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring KPI performance trackers and identify deviations from norms to the directors for review and follow up on directors’ directives.
- Collaborate with other departments to advance the organization's strategic objectives and growth.
- Set up project teams to initiate, review and implement corporate initiatives sponsored and monitored by the Director.
- Work closely with the CEO to monitor and evaluate the progress of various business projects and initiatives.
- Assist the CFO to maintain, review, and implement financial and accounting policies, ensuring alignment with company policies and governance standards.
- Align corporate activities with financial strategies and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any quantitative fields preferred in reputable universities.
- Should have at least 2 years of managerial &/or senior coordinator experience in relevant industries like medical aesthetics, healthcare or wellness.
- Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
- Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
- Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
- Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
- Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
