Job Description & Requirements
As a Call Centre Operator, you'll be the first point of contact in the company for our customers to provide great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive inquiries and ambulance bookings from customers via our hotline.
- Responsible for triaging the calls, providing basic advice, answering customer inquiries, and quoting prices.
- Plan the ambulance teams' daily job roster, work schedule, allocate the job to the most suitable ambulance team and dispatch the team.
- Coordinate and manage 25 to 30 ambulance fleets daily, fast and accurate in despatching assignments by WhatsApp, Digital Apps, and phone calls
- Maintain proper records of the jobs dispatched to ambulance teams.
- Constantly monitoring the progress of the ambulance teams by looking at the GPS
- Other duties: filing and data entry
Requirements
- At least a Diploma holder and 1 year of relevant experience in ambulance or coordination/operations jobs
- Required to work on weekends from time to time, with weekday offs-in-lieu provided.
- Friendly and good at communication skill in English (if know multilingual will be a plus point)
- Good situational awareness, good memory, and be competent in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and excellent knowledge of GPS
