Job Highlights
Salary: up to $3500 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months (possibilities of extension)
Working Location: Nearest to Kent Ridge MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Follow up with patients for payment via call, email and sending of invoices
- Proceed with legal recourse as part of the debt recovery process
- Analyse the trend of the debts and explore ways to reduce the Ageing Reports.
- Check the invoices, ensure they are tagged to the correct code and collate the documents e.g. invoices
- Check with the various departments when the insurers reply with queries
- Work closely with stakeholders to reduce the debts of Insurance Ageing Reports.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance related field.
- Prior experience in handling finance documentations.
- Comfortable in making phone calling on enquiring the payment status.
