- Providing support and assisting general administration in General Office.
- Supporting printing needs of school (e.g. worksheets and documents) when required and ensuring materials are efficiently produced.
- Assisting in maintenance of printing equipment (printers, copiers), including monitoring, and managing of ink, toner, paper supplies to ensure uninterrupted printing.
- Answering the phone calls in a timely manner, including screening and directing calls to the appropriate colleagues. This include taking and relaying of messages where necessary.
- Dealing with enquires by parents, members of public and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in office administration matters and clerical work, including receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries/posts/couriers, maintaining a log book.
- Attending to sick/injured students and contact caregivers (if required), ensuring that all accidents / injuries are appropriately recorded / reported.
- Upkeeping office general conditions, including tidying and maintaining the reception area in the General Office.
Requirement:
- O Level certification and equivalent with good communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and duties.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment.
- Meticulous and independent.
