Job Responsibilities:
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing tenants and liaising with property agents
- Assist in reviewing tenancy mix and formulating strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the Group's owned properties
- Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Coordinating and management of the annual budget
- To handle in administrative matters such as monthly reports
- To manage risk exposure such as arrears management
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Planning and executing effective Advertising & Promotional events
You will also manage the network of property leased from external Landlord
- Work with Business Unit Heads to understand business requirements and do the necessary planning to support leasing requirements of the business unit
- Negotiate for attractive terms for the business unit with Landlord on lease terms and contract for new/renewal lease
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate/Building/Business, with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
