Locum Pharmacist in a Restructured Hospital setting
Job Description:
- Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and to ensure there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards.
- Provide counselling pharmaceutical care to patients when required
- Oversee the work of clinic staff and pharmacy technician/assistant
- Identify and resolve drug-related problems
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- 6 months contract
- Able to work 830-6pm/ 5 days a week
- Based on $50/ hourly rate (fixed)
- To be based in both inpatient and outpatient setting
