Today, we have steadily expanded to over 8 key retail outlets and being present in most of Singapore’s major shopping malls, and our product accessibility has been complemented with forays into Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook Live and E-commerce.
We are looking for an Operation Executive to oversee part of the marketing strategy for OWELL's dynamic suite of promotions and initiatives. This candidate will engage actively with the frontline sales team, marketing team,warehouse department to coordinate activities and to do follow up. Importantly, he/she will be a key member of the marketing team to communicate with all the relevant departements.
This is an excellent opportunity for any dynamic candidate who would like to deepen their skill sets in the area of marketing and retail operation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Must have good following up skills.
- Take meeting minutes and update relevant departments.
- Conduct orientation for new comers/Shops visit
- Sales staff training and performance review
- Attend to customer enquires
- Involved in event/road shows preparation
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Good eye for product organization and displays
- Must have good following up skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/PPT skills/POS
- Can communicate well with English and Chinese speaking staff
- Diploma in Marketing/Retail Management or relevent experiences/skills
