Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Execute recruitment activities to meet business needs.
- Work closely on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
- Compensation and Benefits, esp. Appraisal System
- Review, develop and implement HR policies
- Plan, forecast and execute recruitment activities to meet business needs
- entire interview process, on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
- Development and review of Appraisal System
- Conduct grievance handling & disciplinary issues; close collaboration with various Departments in Company
- in charge of payroll processing
- Upkeep and maintenance of HR CMS
- Execute management decisions related to clinic employee-related issues and monitor work performance
- Any other tasks as directed by Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min Diploma holders with relevant job experience as HR generalist
- Independent and confident to carry out assignment in an efficient and effective manner
- Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
- Task oriented work ethics, able to work independently
- Relishes challenges at work
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
