Responsibilities:
- Define project scopes and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, enhancing client accounts to support ongoing business development.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Supervise the performance of the general contractor, site manager, and construction team members.
- Ensure daily on-site coordination meetings are held.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage resources, including construction materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in marine and construction management.
- Solid understanding of regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards in marine construction.
- Project Manager Safety Course certification is a plus.
- Strong client and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including in remote or offshore locations.
- Physically fit to handle various project environments.
