About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.
About the role:
- Confirming all machine parts have had final inspection for compliance with drawing detail / specs.
- Ensuring all Measuring Test & Equipment are calibrated to specifications.
- Processing of inspection and non-conformance reports.
- Responsible for traceability of parts inspected.
- Perform hardness tests.
About you:
- Ability to mentor other QC inspectors & make daily decisions.
- Inspection of critical components.
- Qualified to perform premium thread inspections.
- Ability to program CMM.
- Ability to create reports using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to check standards against calibration equipment.
- Perform First Article inspection.
- Knowledge of API requirements.
- Set up required mechanical gage for dimensional inspection activities.
- Perform inspection activities with third party representatives.

- Work location: Tuas (pick-up transport provided)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.15pm)
