Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Manager, Retail Operations, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.


Duties of Assistant Manager, Retail Operations:

  • Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
  • Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
  • Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
  • Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
