Job description


  • Print sales order from emails or B2B portals and issue, tansmit, file and update sales invoices
  • Print goods returned note from fax, emails and update the stock balance in the system
  • issue credit notes for goods returned
  • Record and update the product in the system from bulk to finished goods
  • Book time slots for goods to be delivered to retail outlets
  • Issue stocks issue for consignment goods and to reconcile the sales and issue invoices
  • Prepare AR and AP reconciliation
  • Assist in year-end audit
  • Assit in weekly and monthly stock take
  • To prepare the daily sales report
  • Any other accounting or genral adhoc adminstrative/accounts or office work


Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, MAdsoft accounting programme is an advantage or any other accounting programme
  • Must have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Living in Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands area will be an advantage

5 day week: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.45pm
