Job description
- Print sales order from emails or B2B portals and issue, tansmit, file and update sales invoices
- Print goods returned note from fax, emails and update the stock balance in the system
- issue credit notes for goods returned
- Record and update the product in the system from bulk to finished goods
- Book time slots for goods to be delivered to retail outlets
- Issue stocks issue for consignment goods and to reconcile the sales and issue invoices
- Prepare AR and AP reconciliation
- Assist in year-end audit
- Assit in weekly and monthly stock take
- To prepare the daily sales report
- Any other accounting or genral adhoc adminstrative/accounts or office work
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, MAdsoft accounting programme is an advantage or any other accounting programme
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Living in Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands area will be an advantage
5 day week: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.45pm
