Roles & Responsibilities
The Education Consultant serves as the point of contact between Inspiration Learning Hub and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educates prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance.
Main Duties:
1. Man the office reception daily and attend to walk-in customers or students. Promote our courses, and lesson packages to prospective customers.
2. Assist Marketing Operation Manager and Academic Head with new students who come for Interview and entry assessment. Update students' records in the ERP system for enrolment.
3. Communicate, collate, and review quality feedback from parents or students.
4. Maintain and update staff records. Key in student attendance for part-time and freelance teachers.
5. Tally with the Marketing Manager on the overall student attendance at the end of every month.
6. Pre-order office inventory and maintenance of the officer copier.
7. Scanning of teaching materials into softcopies, like exam papers, assessment books, textbooks, etc.. Manage and backup teaching materials in the server. Assist part-time or freelance teachers in printing lesson materials.
8. Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the Marketing Manager and Operation Manager.
Salary:
- Attractive starting full-time salary from $2,300 - $3,000 / Month + CPF (Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)
- Attractive year-end bonus, if the company does well
- Attractive commission for closing new deals (after training)*
Job Specification:
- Possess at least an O or A Level or diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates or mid-careerists are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience working in sales is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
