Description
As part timer you are involved in the back end-end operations of our company and also act as an important supporting role to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Roles
Assist overseeing clerical tasks such as :
- Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering new material as needed.
- Welcoming customers and answer walk in enquiries.
- Answering phone calls.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Help to ensure office runs smoothly
- Maintaining and update information.
- Other office matters.
