Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of raw materials not limiting to cutting, washing for the kitchen team
- Responsible to ensure house-keeping at the work place are done before the shift knocking off duty.
- Responsible in kitchen up keeping and ensure 5’S
- Assist in tray setting during tray assembly time
- Perform general cleaning washing and hygiene
- Assist in raw materials checks before starts of processing
- Perform meal delivery to the wards
- Wiping and sanitizing food trolley
- Perform event setup and withdrawal
- Perform raw materials checks before the start of meal preparation
- Ensure all necessary forms for recorded
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- With a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- A team player
- Able to do rotational shift and able to start as early as 4am
- Work on weekend (including Public Holiday)
