Role Summary
With the current innovative technology environment, our client has started an ambitious journey to modernization of its technical product offering starting with the digital e-banking. To participate to this transformation, our client is looking for an enthusiastic front-end developer to join their UI team to build amazing user experiences with Angular. The developer will apply their extensive experience with modern technologies and practices to help end-users make effective use of e-banking.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and test new features.
- Participate in constructive design discussions to deliver maintainable and practical solutions.
- Make recommendations on how to evolve the code base.
- Accurately estimate development effort.
- Squash bugs.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience in design and development in a full stack environment.
- More than 5 years of experience doing web development primarily using Angular Framework.
- Developed and maintained high-quality responsive web applications.
- Ensured the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimized applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Knowledge on 3rd party libraries and able to update and migrate the code base.
- Participated in code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline and able to maintain it when necessary.
- Thorough knowledge in unit, e2e and integration testing.
- Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
- Should have good Verbal and written communication.
- Experience in working with APIs and integrating it.
- Knowledge in Banking domain.
Technical Knowledge
- Angular Framework.
- HTML, SCSS, Typescript, JavaScript.
- CI/CD using GitLab, Jenkins, Sonar, GIT, Docker, Vera Code.
- JIRA, Confluence.
Functional and Transversal Competencies
- Familiar with CI/CD of Frontend Deployment.
- Familiar with Banking Domain.
