Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed & compressive project plan with the function leaders & the business stakeholders.
- Manage the regional deployment project including the testing health, data health, cutover health & the hypecare planning.
- Work with regional testing lead to coordinate the system testing within the APAC region.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (program status/health, risk, issue mitigation....) from an overall deployment program perspective.
- Develop a comprehensive hypercare plan & outline a support resourcing plan to support the Golive.
- Lead and coordinate all program relevant activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team and in alignment with the Global PMO team.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view to support the testing.
- Facilitate communication and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP project management, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Minimum 8 years of managing a large scale of SAP project within the S/4 framework.
- Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred.
- Multiple years in management of global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
