Job Description & Requirements
-Fleet planning & coordination of daily / weekly transport related activities
-Staff rostering
-Nimble and Flexible thinking
-Ability to delegate work and manage people, including older staff
-Ability to be firm when needed
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Valid Class 3
- Recruit, Train and familiarise staffs on standard operating procedures on the ground.
- Ensure group staffs are well groomed and trained, Vehicles are always in well maintained, clean condition.
- Assure adherence to timely data delivery schedule, quality standards and client requirements by monitoring work progress, performing site visits, coordinating activities and resolving issues.
- Generate reports timely and clearly.
- Coordinate and participate in new company implementation and initiatives.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special project as needed or directed.
