RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER # Terminal 1

The C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) shall be part of the site supervisory team in providing supervision, inspections and Quality Assurance of the New Canopy Shelter to Existing Bus Gates (C&S and Architectural) works for the project. Applicants should possess the following minimum requirements:

1. Minimum five (5) years of C&S engineering experience in supervising C&S works preferably in hospital, commercial or aviation construction industry, with construction value of the projects in excess of S$1 million;
2. Minimum a Diploma in C&S;
3. Certified RTO Accredited by IES/ACES;
4. Attended the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course;
5. Experience in the supervision of structural steel construction;
6. Experience with Structural Retrofitting or Strengthening nature of work;
7. Experience in the supervision of reinforced concrete construction and prefabrication works;
8. Experience in architectural finishing/building works;
9. Past experience with projects located within Changi and Seletar Airport will be advantageous; and
10. Good team player with ability to work independently and multi-task;
