Job Description
- Conduct IRMS referral management for befriending and buddying services by screening all incoming referrals, directing these to the relevant executives, monitor the referral outcomes , and ensuring good record tracking.
- Handle all inquiries/ correspondences received via Centre hotline, the Active Aging General Email Account or walk-in.
- Provide administrative and logistics support to the Acitive Ageing Centre in operational documentation and reports. for example, Quarterly Department meeting notes and Monthly Centre Meetings.
- General office duties include creation of Small Value Purchase (SVPs), procurement of centre and activity supplies, handling purchase requisition, petty cash management, equipment maintenance and centre inventory.
- Compile and analyses key performance indicators, where required
- Active involvement in projects or process evaluation/ improvement exercises, as needed
- Any other ad hoc duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum “O” Level qualifications.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experiences in an eldercare setting or befriending and buddying services (or volunteering services)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective in planning activities and possesses a passionate and sincere disposition to serve seniors
- Be able to work in the evening and on weekends when necessary/ required.
