Job Description
- Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders.
- Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records.
- Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
- Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs.
- Effective and coordination with external stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs
- Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
- In charge of annual training budget
- Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
- Develop and update employee orientation materials
- Conduct employee orientation
- Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
- Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Conduct PMS Opera class for new hired team members.
- Curate an activity to enhance service standard.
- Assist administrative works related to Training team if required.
- Design, curate and implement learning programs and diverse learning solutions that drives capability-building and the workforce for the future.
