Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm
Location: Chinatown
Contract Period: Yearly renewable based on performance and business needs
Job Responsibilities:
• Attend to incoming hotline calls
• Conduct Household and Establishment interviews by phone
• Ensure that KPIs and service levels are met consistently
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Data entry and administrative work (eg: system entry)
• Ensure emails are attended and replied
• Status update report to supervisor
• Ensure highest level of customer experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean
- 1 year and above of call centre/ sales/ customer service experience
