Role Overview:
Looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative for our client in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the nutraceutical market, including retailers, healthcare providers, and direct consumers.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s nutraceutical products, effectively communicating their benefits to prospective customers.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, utilizing market research and competitive analysis.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up, effective communication, and successful deal closures.
- Independent Operation: Operate with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in achieving sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular updates to the client’s sales management team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or health and wellness sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and a passion for health and wellness are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client and customer meetings.
