An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

- Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders.
  • Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records.
  • Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
  • Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs.
  • Effective and coordination with external stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs
  • Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
  • In charge of annual training budget
  • Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
  • Develop and update employee orientation materials
  • Conduct employee orientation
  • Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Conduct PMS Opera class for new hired team members.
  • Curate an activity to enhance service standard.
  • Assist administrative works related to Training team if required.
  • Design, curate and implement learning programs and diverse learning solutions that drives capability-building and the workforce for the future.
