- Salary: $2,700 - $3,500 (Salary can be adjusted for more experience)
- Working Timing: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
- Working Location: Near MacPherson MRT
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
- Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
- Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
- Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
- To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
- Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
- Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge/hands on experience in Electrical / ACMV related works (M&E)
