JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, responding promptly
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools
- Prepare reports on social media activity, engagement, and growth
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content
- Foster community growth by interacting with the audience and encouraging user-generated content
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Implement new strategies to keep the company’s social media presence innovative and effective
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
