Job Description
• Assist the Maintenance & Service Department with on-site maintenance and service tasks, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to manage and oversee repair works, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Utilize hands-on experience and knowledge in electrical systems and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) related works to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Provide technical support and assistance for various M&E systems, addressing and resolving maintenance issues as they arise.
Requirement:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in A&A works, M&E services, and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing and sanitary services.
