Job Description
· Assist the Project Head in overseeing M&E projects, ensuring effective management and execution.
· Collaborate with contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure adherence to project specifications.
· Manage and supervise addition and alteration (A&A) works, including planning and site management.
· Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, including installation and system functionality.
· Apply knowledge and experience in ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing and sanitary services.
· Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
· Assist in the review and verification of as-built drawings and other project documentation.
Requirement:
· Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
· Relevant experience in A&A works, M&E services, and site supervision.
· Strong understanding of ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing and sanitary services.
