Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Planner cum Logistics Officer:
Job Responsibilities
- Production planning and scheduling, materials planning and coordination with internal / external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sales target achievement.
- Monitor and control daily operation (incoming, outgoing, packing, documents and delivery).
- Communicate and liaise with related person-in-charge with regards to 4M (machinery, materials, manpower, method), customers demand, logistics warehousing, shipment and quality.
- Manage warehouse & logistics operation including management of material handlers, drivers and warehouse security.
- To manage incoming receiving procedures, inspection, goods receipt (GR), upload into inventory system / SAP / U8 and barcode creation & material issuance.
- To manage outgoing packing procedures, scanning system & generate DO/Packing list
- Manage and carry out regular stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 3 years experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably experience with IATF, ISO, Environmental Policy, Risk management, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S
- Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas
