About us:

XAERO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (the Company), established on November 17, 2023, is a subsidiary of Xiamen Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd., which was founded in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone in September 2015. Xiamen Airlease is China's first aircraft asset management company focused on mid-life aircraft and the leading enterprise in Xiamen's aircraft leasing industry. The company manages the full lifecycle of flight equipment assets, including the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of commercial aircraft, engines, and helicopters. It aims to meet the growing demand for aging aircraft management, connecting China's market with global aviation, and maximizing value for partners worldwide.


The Role:

  • Strategic - work with senior management to design and deliver the strategic business plan, including revenue and profit growth, customer strategy and business mix
  • Market Study - assume macro-level account management responsibilities for key accounts and perform micro-level personal business development as necessary. Coordinate with partner companies to maintain, create and develop client relationships and be able to "ongoing into potential market'
  • Professionally and culturally savvy with Southeast Asia region and Singapore, provide guidance and ensure compliance of Business:

a) in conjunction with the Board, establish and communicate (i) the Company’s overarching strategic objective, and (ii) the Company’s values;

b) in conjunction with the Board, develop and maintain a strategic plan directed to realizing the Company’s overarching strategic objective;

c) establish and maintain the Company’s operating plans, policies, procedures and tactics for implementing the Company’s strategic plan; be responsible for the day to day operation of the Company’s business;

d) obtain the approval of the Board for all major decisions outside the normal course of business;

e) monitor and evaluate the Company’s performance and take corrective action to ensure that the Company is operating in a manner consistent with the Company’s overarching strategic objective, the Company’s strategic plan, operating plans and capital budget at an acceptable risk;

f) develop and maintain an effective management group, creating an organizational structure and management processes that enable the management group to function as a team;

g) develop and maintain open and candid communication between and among (i) members of the management group, and (ii) the CEO, members of the management group and the Board; h) develop and maintain a viable succession plan covering all significant management positions;

i) lead the development and maintenance of healthy, positive relationships with customers, suppliers, shareholders, the Board, agents and others whose goodwill is important to the success of the Company;

j) create and foster a strong culture of safety in the Company and its subsidiaries;

k) create an environment which stimulates the morale and productivity of employees of the Company;

l) recognize and meet the Company’s social responsibilities;

m) serve effectively as the chief spokesperson for the Company, the chief liaison with the markets, and develop and maintain appropriate communication policies and procedures for the Company;

n) develop and maintain a keen insight into, and a detailed knowledge of, the social, economic, political and environmental climates in which the Company operates;

o) understand and respect the role of the Board, facilitating the Board’s performance of its duties and keeping the Board fully informed in a timely and candid manner of all events that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect the Company or the Company’s performance or prospects; and

p) provide the Chair of the Board and the chair of each committee of the Board with the assistance necessary to enable them to discharge their duties.


Experience and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Aircraft engine equipment maintenance, or related field;

· Proven experience as CEO or in other senior leadership position within the aviation industry;

· At least 30 years working experience related with Aircraft industry.

· Experience in established a business from zero to setup and build up a management team.

· More than 8 years of originating, analyzing, and managing opportunities in various stages from early,

· Deep knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering Management, Aircraft Sales and Leasing and “tear-down” expert business.
