Purpose: The role will be responsible for performing equipment assembly according to assembly drawings that are able to meet customers' requirements and specifications.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
· Perform basic & advanced machine electrical wiring works.
· Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly.
· Perform assembly per assembly drawing, Bill of Material, Electrical and Pneumatic control diagram.
· Perform alignment, test, process inspection, integration, and product release procedures.
· Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
· Perform reporting in shop floor control system
· To ensure quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
· Perform periodical calibration and maintenance for assembly tools.
· Handling quality and shipment documents.
· Participate in programs for improvement.
· Practice work safety and good 5S housekeeping.
Qualification & Experiences:
· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent course
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Preferably with Workplace safety & health in Metal work certification
· Knowledge on assembly drawing.
