Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and processing inbound shipment documents
- Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with forwarders to assign parking bays for Full Container Load (FCL) containers
- Flag any damaged materials in SAP and collaborate with customers to resolve the issues
- After warehouse personnel place materials in their designated locations, finalize the shipment and upload scanned documents to the customer portal
- Maintain proper filing of all inbound shipment documents
- Update the material locations in SAP based on customer requests
- Create export summaries using Excel for outbound DAP shipments
- Release cargo to forwarders when they arrive for collection at the warehouse
- Participate in safety meetings and conduct monthly safety site walks within the warehouse
Job Requirement(s):
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics industry
- Good knowledge of 5S concept
- Possess GCE ‘O’ Level
- Strong communications skills
- IT savvy
