GCP is a Singapore headquartered private equity firm targeting investments primarily in Southeast Asia and India.
This position will be based in Singapore.
Core Function & Responsibilities
- Lead in sourcing investment opportunities
- Lead/Assist in executing investment opportunities, including but not limited to, deal sourcing, deal negotiations, deal structuring and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings for investments
- Assist in fund raising and investors update activities
- Assist in industry research and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Passionate in investing and the financial markets
- 10+ years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience with scope of covering Thai markets
- Able to communicate in business Thai language
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning.
