Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Asset register for new project. Assist on register review.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for
Maximo data entry. - Perform all approved Project asset related changes (e.g. New asset/PM enrollment, existing PM
frequency changes) required in Maximo database. - Assist on site work flow in obtaining approval for spare parts registration.
- Audit regularly Maximo data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Enter and maintain accurate project data within the Maximo System, including the creating of
new assets, updating existing records and ensuring data integrity. - Support ad-hoc requests for COGNOS reports for the purpose of analysis or KPI reporting by the
Operational Readiness team. - Work closely with various stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- Liaise with IT team or Site Maximo Adminstrator for complex issues or system updates.
- Perform any other business requested by head of department.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline, or a Diploma with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience with MAXIMO system is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to make quick decisions, respond efficiently to situations, and work independently.
