Job Responsibilities:
- Reasonably schedule ships according to voyage tasks and customer needs, and timely arrange berthing, unberthing, loading and unloading matters
- Entrust loading and unloading port agents and related suppliers to negotiate and settle port fees and other related expenses.
- Foresee and take measures to control various risks during the voyage execution.
- Collect and organize information related to ship operations from customers, shipping agencies, ports, etc., and share it with other departments
- Arrange for provision of bunker fuel
- Providing post-fixture services such as voyage estimating and accounting and calculation of hire, freights, demurrage and / or despatch monies due from or due to the charterers
- Collecting or arranging for the collection of sums in exchange for the vessel's use
- Arranging for surveys
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in maritime law, shipping, logistics, foreign trade, English major
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Have a strong sense of responsibility
- Have good communication and expression skills, and is a good teamplayer
