Job Responsibilities:
Are you an enthusiastic and caring educator with a passion for working with young children? Do you hold at least a L1 certification and have a heart for children with diverse abilities? If so, we would love to have you join our team!
As a teacher at St Gerard's Preschool, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Collaborating with therapists and other educators to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's progress and development
- Developing and executing lesson plans that are both educational and fun.
- Preparing and maintaining portfolios for each child to track their progress and celebrate their achievements..
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Fostering a love of learning through creative and fun activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
Qualification Criteria:
- At least L1 certified teacher if you are an English Language teacher.
- At least L2 certified teacher if you are a Chinese Language teacher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the early childhood sector.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.
