Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months.
Working hours:
*Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
*Fridays: 6.45am to 3.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
*Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries.
*Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as part of concierge service.
*Administering room key issuance and tracking movement.
*Follow up on student attendance/late coming/early dismissal
*Monitor the well-being and follow-up on the movements of students in sick bay.
*Item/document delivery and tracking return by staff, students and parents.
*Any other admin work
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
(a) Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or other relevant and equivalent certifications.
(b) 3 years experience in frontline customer service
(c) Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
(d) Good communication and inter-personal skills
(e) Pleasant and confident personality
(f) 3 years experience working as a front office receptionist in schools, preferably in a secondary school setting
(g) Certifications in skills relevant to front office reception and administration.
