Responsibilities
- Direct and develop HR strategy to align with business needs and goals and engage, support and advise management team on HR related matters
- Formulate and implement HR policies and programs for full spectrum of HR duties covering talent acquisition, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc
- Work with the various departments on talents acquisition, talent retention, training and succession planning
- Initiate and drive employee experience
- Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
- Oversee general administration
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR duties
- Ability to lead a small team
- Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
