Job Scope:
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets set by the CEO.
- Develop and implement short- and mid-term sales strategies, reporting progress to the CEO.
- Build and maintain relationships with key high-potential accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to create regional go-to-market sales strategies.
- Support the team in negotiating and closing profitable deals.
- Work with Account Managers to turn around troubled high-potential accounts.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to stay connected with market trends.
- Recruit, retain, and coach a high-performing sales team for sustainable growth.
- Engage with Tier 1 and emerging suppliers to enhance SCI’s product offerings.
- Ensure supplier targets are met and adjust strategies with senior management as needed.
- Lead cost-setting strategies with suppliers and logistics to maximize firm profits.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with prior business development /relationship management experience with Data Center Clients is preferred.
