Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish relationships with end users to expand market reach and enhance collaboration for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive growth in the enterprise networking sector, with a focus on the hospitality industry and F&B, Education sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients within hotels, resorts, and real estate management companies, offering tailored networking solutions, managed services, and professional solutioning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and real estate sectors to expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, managed services, and marketing, to design and propose customized networking solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with system integrator (SI) and distribution partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
• Engage directly with end users in the hospitality and real estate sectors to understand their needs, influence their decisions, and pass leads back to SI and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships and managed service agreements.
• Provide insights and feedback to the product development and managed services teams to ensure offerings align with market demands.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s solutions and expand the client base.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting both networking and managed service capabilities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development activities.
Job Requirements:
• Degree from a recognised University.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the enterprise networking industry and 8 to 10 years within surveillance security solutions, with a strong focus on the hospitality sector and real estate management.
• Proven track record of success in selling complex networking solutions, managed services, and professional solutioning to hotels, resorts, and real estate management companies.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including Wi-Fi systems, network infrastructure, managed services, and related solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Established relationships with system integrator and distribution partners, as well as the ability to effectively work with end users to influence decisions and pass leads back to partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
