Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and customer follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Prepare and send out quotations, sales documents, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide general support to the sales team and management as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
