As the Manager - People, Learning & Development, you will have the chance to put your innovative ideas into action and shape our future. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
- Mastermind local HR strategies: You will take the lead in developing and deploying strategies that align with our business goals.
- Be the maestro of talent management: You will lead our Country Leadership in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and capability development. Your skills in identifying and nurturing top talent will be crucial in shaping our future leaders.
- Champion learning and development: Working closely with our business unit managers, you will identify training and development needs. With your guidance, we will create customized programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our employees, taking our organization to new heights.
- Shape compensation and benefits: With your guidance, our Country Leadership team will define our compensation and benefits structure and policy.
- Be the ambassador of harmony: You will lead our Country Leadership team in reviewing, negotiating, and concluding Collective Agreements with unions. Your ability to find common ground and foster positive relationships will ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Be the HR sage: You will provide expert guidance and advice to our business line managers on all matters relating to staff performance, confirmation, termination, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaboration across boundaries: You will interact with our Zone HR and Division HR teams to implement global policies and new tools and processes. Your ability to adapt these initiatives to local needs will help us maintain a unified and efficient HR framework.
- Ensure compliance and alignment: You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR policies, practices, and initiatives are aligned and compliant with relevant regulations. Your meticulous attention to detail will keep us on the right track.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in large / multinational environment in the professional service industry.
- Possess functional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop business relationship with business.
