Our Client is looking for a staff to do membership arrears management (chase outstanding payment), setting of recurring payment arrangements (GIRO) for memberships.
In summary the temp staff is expected to perform the key roles:
General Job Scope:
1. Perform phone call to members with outstanding membership payment. To utilize existing benefits as a pitch to retain members.
2. Convince members to pay up outstanding payment and set up recurring payment arrangements.
3. Advise on general membership benefit/payment enquiries
4. Prepare and update daily progress report on number of members engaged and recurring payment set up.
5. Assist to disburse token for members that head down physically to set up recurring payment arrangement and obtain acknowledgement.
