Job Description
Oversee and manage M&E fit-out projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Handle addition and alteration works on-site.
Manage electrical systems, ACMV, fire protection, and plumbing services. Site Supervision: Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety, and regulations.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy.
Supervise installation of M&E services.

Requirement:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing M&E fit-out projects and site supervision, with a focus on electrical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, fire protection, and plumbing.
