Job Description & Requirements
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) Officer will be supporting Singapore and overseas business units.
- Perform KYC Onboarding Checks on new counterparties and review existing ones.
- Prepare reports on the outcome of checks pursuant to established policies and practices
- Ensure KYC reviews align with KYC Screening Policy and Procedure.
- Review and evaluate daily screening alerts generated by the KYC system
- Conduct a quarterly review of trades and transaction data to ensure that the counterparties have passed KYC screening.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative assistance on compliance matters
