Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies and project management for the organization.
- Create acquisition and retention strategies for successful client onboarding and long-term relations.
- Develop and execute sales action plans incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute and manage projects arising from business partnerships.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Collaborate with marketing and membership teams on launches, promotions, and campaigns, aligning strategies for maximum sales impact.
- Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns through project focused solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assessing potential risks and challenges associated with new ventures or strategies and developing mitigation plans.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, project progress and outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or events related
- Prior experience in business development, project development, or related roles.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multistakeholder teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship building.
