Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Application Support professional to join our team. You will play a key role in managing infrastructure upgrades, providing tiered support for production issues, and collaborating closely with development and business teams to enhance application functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Treasury Credit Risk application systems, including vendor and internally developed solutions.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and patching for both UAT and Production environments.
- Offer Level 1 and Level 2 support for all production-related issues pertaining to the applications.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement application enhancements and improvements.
- Communicate effectively with business users to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Ensure thorough documentation, tracking, and resolution of issues, providing functional and technical support as required.
- Support operational implementation in production environments to ensure seamless application performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support, particularly in Treasury or Risk Management systems.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management and system upgrades.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with documenting processes and managing production support activities.
