JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the Director to build and grow a thriving temporary and contracting agency business and bring the business to its next level of growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Individual with strong recruitment experience to take advantage of a fantastic platform from which to develop into industry Leaders.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
· Drive business development activities through developing new and existing corporate clients
· Manage Team P&L and achieving sales target
· Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive performance and ensure meeting sales/KPI targets
· Manage and fulfil client’s job and staffing requirements
What we are looking for:
· Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment
· Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants
· The discipline and time management skills to lead from the front with personal billings while mentoring your team
· An achievement mindset and results/sales driven
· Excellent people management and leadership skills
