- Assist in daily café operations, including customer service, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Support the Café Manager in staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Monitor and maintain café cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost café sales.
- Learn to analyze sales reports and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays
Reqiurements:
- Degree preferred
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.
